Hello and welcome to a NEW year of Faith Formation!
So glad you were able to find your way here☺

Dear Families with Elementary age children,
This year we will be engaging in the FAMILY FAITH FORMATION program for the third year! We are still excited to be doing this program, as we make some minor adjustments to enable to offer more for our disciples, empowering the parents and engaging the families allowing more community building and learning of this beautiful and life giving faith of ours.
You are not on your own with this adventure!
This program is designed for the church to empower and teach the parents and then the parents get to share their learned wisdom onto their children.
(spoiler alert- this is already happening .. we're hopefully going to be adding to your arsenal of knowledge, love and wisdom)
The program will still be “home based” with on site catechesis for both students and parents. The minor change will be the students get to meet on site TWICE a month!
We will meet on site during the first week of the month.
Parents will meet in the Parish hall and the students will meet in the classrooms.
During this week one, the parents will be meeting for adult formation that teaches, encourages, and provides them with tools to share the Good News and the beauty of the Catholic Faith with their children.
Students in Grades K-5 will meet in classrooms, divided by grade level,
where catechists present the READY MADE lessons.
The families will be given a packet for the month that is to be experienced within the family and domestic church.
The Third week the children will meet again to continue learning the months lesson and to build community with their peers.
These bi-weekly gatherings will last approximately 80-90 minutes.
It will be a time of preparation and sharing as well as building community, with our parents (the first week) as well as with our children.
It will be empowering for all ages to be with their peers - giggling and learning with and from one another.
Our parents from last year gave some glowing and honest reviews. Please click here to read them "What Parents are Saying about FFF"
For further explanation and assistance,
please plan to attend the Family Formation kickoff.
Please contact us if you did not receive the introductory mailing and Year at a Glance calendar; as a letter was sent out to all St. Leo's members that have Elementary Students.
We would love to have a conversation with you on the concerns, reasoning’s
and/or how we can be of help.
As always, if you have any questions please E-mail or call
and we’ll get back with you as soon as we can.
Our goal is to help make Faith Formation go as smooth and SAFE as possible.
If we work together, this will be an amazing, blessed benefit to your family and everyone’s faith journey.
We appreciate your continued efforts and prayers as we carry on our faith journey.
Blessings,
