What is Empower Youth on Wednesdays?!
Hello St. Leo’s families!
At St. Leo’s, we are devoted to mediating an encounter between Jesus and your child! Your child matters at St. Leo’s! We are praying for you!
The 2019-2020 Empower Youth year features a new format! If you are new to Empower Youth, WELCOME! We have changed Empower Youth to focus on a more comprehensive youth ministry. Please read the details in the September newsletter. We are asking you to give Empower Youth a try this semester.
The 2nd Wednesday of the month will be dedicated to Community Life (building meaningful relationships), Leadership Development (being courageous in our faith) or Advocacy (helping youth find their voice).
The 3rd Wednesday of the month will be dedicated to Evangelization (encountering Jesus), Pastoral Care (personal growth), or Justice & Service (solidarity with those in need).
The 4th Wednesday of the month will be dedicated to Catechesis (experiencing the Catholic faith) and Prayer & Worship (celebrating our relationship with Jesus).
Come to one or all of the Wednesdays—7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Supper is served for High School!
