National Eucharistic Congress Videos
Grand Island June 18 & 19The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage came to Grand Island June 18 and processed from St. Mary’s to St. Leo’s after Mass on June 19. Benediction followed in front of St. Leo's. Nearly 200 people participated before the monstrance was taken to Doniphan and passed to the bishop of the Diocese of Lincoln.

Middle School students in Empower Youth designed dioramas of one of five miracles from the Gospels while High School students helped decorate the sanctuary for ordinary time. Dioramas, happy birthday jesus & helping hands

Sister Carole Wakefield (left) and Sister Ann Ference were honored with the St. Francis Volunteer Lifetime Achievement Award at the hospital’s annual volunteer and scholarship luncheon on April 23. Nominated by leaders and employees, both sisters volunteer with the hospital’s pastoral care department providing Holy Communion to patients and assisting the hospital chaplains. They were recognized for a lifetime (more than 50 years) of service to the church, St. Francis and the community. VBS 2024 June 3-7

Our church was established in 1973 by
Bishop John Sullivan.
Named in honor of St. Leo the Great
and Monsignor Leo Keating.
