Anointing of the Sick
St. Leo’s offers the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick at special Masses during the year. At these Masses of Anointing, anyone may be anointed for healing or for their health.
Father will also anoint anyone who wishes before a surgery, while hospitalized or at home,
in any case of an illness or health reason. Please don’t hesitate to call the parish office when you or a family member would like to receive this sacrament.
Baptism
Parents must attend the Baptism class with Jodi Stauffer and meet with Father before their child can be baptized, unless they have taken a class within three years. Classes are for parents expecting a child or who have a child that is to receive the Sacrament of Baptism. Please call the Parish office to speak with Jodi and register for class. Classes are held on the 2nd Monday of the month. There are no baptisms during Lent or Advent.
Reconciliation
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is offered each week on Saturday afternoons from
4-4:30pm or by private appointment with the priest.
Communal Reconciliation services are held twice a year during Advent and Lent.
First Reconciliation is celebrated in the 2nd grade through Religious Education classes.
Eucharist
Eucharist is offered & celebrated at the weekend Masses, Daily Mass & Communion Service, please check the bulletin for times and schedules.
Children receive their First Communion in the Spring of the 2nd grade.
Preparation for this Sacrament is held through the Parish Religious Education Classes. Contact the Director of Children’s Ministries for more information.
Confirmation
Youth begin preparing for Confirmation during their junior year of high school. The Sacrament of Confirmation is conferred by the Bishop in the Fall of the senior year

Adults seeking to be in full communion with the Catholic Church begin the process by entering the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (R.C.I.A.). Through the RCIA program, adults meet once a week to prepare for Baptism, if necessary, Confirmation and First Eucharist. Contact St. Leo's for more information.
Marriage/Matrimony
Those wishing to be married at St. Leo’s must complete a marriage preparation program
at least four months in advance of the Marriage.
Please call the parish office to make an appointment with the pastor to set a date for your wedding ceremony and the marriage preparation class.
